Was it me or did October go in a flash? We’ve had a trip to London, 2 of the teams’ birthdays and the salon’s 18th during this last month along with childcare juggling throughout half term so it’s always a fun month, along with all the fabulous Halloween designs! It’s scary to think we are now on the countdown to Christmas and all the fun festivities of the new year. I’m now on a pre-Christmas diet, not to go anywhere, just so I can eat what I want when we get there! How many of you do that or is it just me?
As I’ve mentioned Christmas, here is your reminder to get your appointments booked. We have very limited space during the week leading up to the 25th and that’s with us all working extra hours. If you have parties planned, family catch up or just wanting to look fabulous whilst chilling at home then we have something for you.

Just a reminder on our booking fee policy. You will need to pay a booking fee on all appointments booked online and over the phone. If you book regular appointments, we can keep a rolling credit on your account. We have had to bring in this policy to prevent last minute cancellations and rearrangements. If we are able to fill the slot, we will not charge you, which is why the more time you give us the better.
If you cancel, rearrange within 24 hours or do not turn up for your appointment you will lose your booking fee. You will need to pay another one before we can make another appointment. We understand things happen but as a small business we have to cover ourselves.
