Cancellation & Booking fee
We have a strict cancellation policy as our time and yours is precious. Please contact us as soon as you know you no longer require your scheduled appointment or part of your booked services.
We require at least 24 hours notice for all appointments, if you do not let us know before hand you will forfit your booking fee. If you turn up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to cancel and reschedule due to insufficient time, you may also lose your booking fee.
Failing to do so will result in a 50% charge of all scheduled appointments, which will be taken over the phone prior to your next appointment.
Ways to cancel: Via telephone, leave a message if we are closed.
Please don't: Message on social media or email as we cannot guarantee we will see this in time.
What if I still want part of my service?
If you wish to remove part of your services, ie, just have gel toes and not a full pedicure, a leg wax but no bikini, please let us know so that we can reduce the length of your booking. Failing to do so will result in you being charged in full for the treatment you were originally booked for, but you can choose whether you have the treatment performed or not.
A booking fee of 50% will be taken via telephone, in salon or via our website booking system on all appointment over 30 minutes.
This booking fee will not be returned to you if you fail to cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice.
Unhappy with your service?
Tell us a soon as possible! If you're unsure or unhappy about anything with your service then please let us know within 7 days. It's ok not to love it, but please let us know so we can look to put it right and most importantly so we don't think you love it and do it again! We love feedback as it helps us to continue to improve and deliver extra training when needed.
Sadly we can't take responsibility if you have simply changed your mind or are unhappy with your choice of service but please tell us on your next visit so we can help you choose a more suitable service for your requirements. We do not offer refunds but will fit you in at another time of your choosing with an alternative therapist.

Your right to cancel
At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you fail to show for the appointment and have paid a booking fee this will be non-refundable. Late arrivals may unfortunately result in reduced treatment time. Therefore out of respect for other clients and the therapists, please make sure you arrive on time for your treatments. Otherwise, you will have to wait depending on the time allocation for the treatment or your treatment will be rescheduled to alternative time.
Our right to amend/cancel
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone - where possible.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website
Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website and/or our services.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your booking or product is the price as set out on this website.
You confirm that the credit, debit card, that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and bank transfers. All payments for treatments, products and courses must be made in full on the day of purchase. No credit is given for any treatments or pre paid courses for any reasons.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only at our Plymouth based salon from Monday to Saturday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
