Dermaplaning Facial
Dermaplaning is a popular skincare treatment that involves gently exfoliating the surface of the skin using a sterile surgical scalpel. This process removes skin cells and fine vellus hair, often referred to as "peach fuzz," leaving the skin smoother and brighter. It can enhance the effectiveness of skincare products and improve makeup application by creating a flawless canvas. Ideal for most skin types, dermaplaning helps to promote a youthful glow and can be done every few weeks for optimal results.

Dermaplaning explained - This is a manual exfoliation, no harsh chemicals are used, so there is very little down time after treatment. Your skin may be slightly red and we advise you to always make sure you wear a sunscreen and avoid the sun for a few days following treatment. (Not to difficult in Plymouth!)

Your skin will be cleansed and assessed prior to treatment, your therapist will then use a sterile scalpel to remove the dead skin and blocked pores. This treatment evens out skin tone and can reduce hyperpigmentation, vellus hair is removed, and collagen production is boosted. Your fine lines and scars can be reduced and your skin care products can work up to 80% better. Be careful though, as this can become an addictive treatment, especially when you see how well your make up is applied and how smooth you skin will feel afterwards. ​
