PURCHASE & PAYMENTS: All payments are made through RBS Worldpay and can be made using debit and most major credit cards. We only accept payments in Pound Sterling.You will receive an electronic conformation upon receipt of your order. Please note that Karisma Hair Salon never see any credit card details - everything is processed through RBS Worldpay.
DELIVERY:
Normal Delivery - £2.50 per order, to UK Mainland
We will endeavour to post your order out to you within 48 hours but I will only guarantee 7days. (United Kingdom only) If there is a problem with your order we will contact you.
Orders are sent with Royal Mail.
Express Delivery - £5.95 per order, to UK Mainland
We will endeavour to post the item within 24 hours but most likely the same day.
Please note all contact information & delivery information must be submitted accurately & in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then it must be returned to me within 7 days in perfect condition. All returns must be sent back recorded delivery with an email or note stating the reason for return.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days.
WEBSITE IMAGES : Due to the nature of different screen resolutions I cannot guarantee that the images are an accurate representation of the products.
