OUR STORY

Our story begins when we opened in early 2007; Karisma was created with the philosophy of being a Modern Hair Styling Salon, offering you great service from start to finish.

Our manageress and most senior stylist Louise Clark (formerly Chernouski) came highly recommended and has managed the salon since day one, not only has she lived up to her expectations but she has surpassed them.

Her career began back in 1999, where she started as a trainee hairdresser, in the well known Charlie Taylor hair salon of Perth, Louise started as a Saturday girl at the young age of 15 where she worked for a year in this role, before gaining full-time employment with them and staying for another 4 years.

During this time, Louise completed in-house training as well as her standard qualifications, and she also completed several Wella colour training courses too.

Louise won the junior hairdresser of the year award during her training before working her last year here as a fully qualified hair stylist.

She then moved onto Angus Gordon hair salon of Perth, Louise worked here for 3 years as a hair stylist, further building her skills, experience and ever growing client list as time went by.

Next for Louise was Louis T'ney of Perth, she worked here for 2 years as a hair stylist, again furthering her skills and broadening her abilities for hair styling and colouring.

And finally she arrived here at Karisma in 2007 to start her first managerial role, and where she has set our salons benchmark for quality and success, with her hair styling skill, professionalism and general work ethic.
